On this podcast I’ve been fortunate enough to speak to a lot of thought leaders, and what becomes clear, after having spoken to almost 100 of them so far, is that no matter how educated, experienced or accomplished they are, oftentimes, they hold contradictory views.
And these views are often colored by the circles they run in, their associates, the information they consume and so on.
We all make decisions based on the evidence presented, based on past experience, based on belief systems we’ve grown up with and based on over 100 cognitive biases that plague our decision making.
In this instalment of Fast Fix Friday, I talk the most valuable thing I've learned hosting this podcast.
